We like to get behind a good tournament and get that competitive gaming spirit going! If you are interested in organising a tournament style LAN that can be open to the general public then let us know!
Gametronix can provide great deals including sometimes (conditions apply) free hosting of your event. Proceeds of events are usually split and we usually like to donate to the Lions Club of Adealide which helps disadvantaged youth in SA. We also often pull in the Local Scout group that will put on a BBQ and also help them raise funds that also in turn benefit Adelaides youth.
Your job is to arrange the game types and ladders, take care of the results etc and get the word out - which with our large network of gamestores as agents, we can certainly help you out with this.
We are open to any ideas and games you care to take to that competitive level!
Our maximum capacity (without putting up a marque or 2) is around 64 players. With carparking facilities that will accomodate directly opposite, and a 'already setup' LAN network which also sports Online acess, we can really take the headache out of running any small to medium type tournament event!
Other benefits of utilising the hosting service is we have approx 16 TV's and XBOX's on hand already, this number is also continually being added to, reducing the amount of lugging some of your attendees will have to do!
We can even host a website dedicated to your event and put it up on our upcoming tournamants and infomation section of the gametronix site. Depending how serious you are about this we can even secure a dedicated domain name just for your tournament!
